What's the simplest way to change the windows default folder icon accross the board?  I've googled on this for awhile but it would seem everyone has an oppinion on the matter.  I'm looking for something clear and solid here.  Thanks all...

For a simple solution, I use ActivIcons and it works great:

There is also IconPackager which is at www.stardock.com and works great if you download IP files, however for independent icon changing I use Activ. Good luck man.

Thanks eppisode3, I've come to dislike IconPackager alot but ActivIcons seems pretty good for what I wanted.
