What is mrxsmb.sys? According to the trace charts from bootvis it has a delay of 67.32 seconds! What is it?

Further, my prefetching init time is almost 14 seconds and my shell init is 5 seconds. How can i decrease prefetch init time and what exactly is shell init time?
