| All of a sudden it is taking forever for my outlook to open....Anyone have any ideas?

| Once it opens can you send/receive quickly. If something is wrong with your internet connection, it may be trying to check your mail and taking forever. It doesn't give you any server errors does it? Also check to see if other programs are opening slowly. You may have some other issue unrelated to outlook.

| make sure that you have messenger unchecked in Tools > options > other > at the bottom

| Yeah, it sends and recieces fine, I don't receive any errors....The only thing that I did recently that I think could have affected it was, I got a Pocket PC, and installed active sync. But I had the pocket PC for like 2 weeks before this started to happen

| Do you open it at start up or do you execute it after the computer has booted?
