I ran spybot search and destroy and it found something called IPInsight in my Verizon Online folder.  I was just wondering if anyone else who uses Verizon online knows whether or not IPInsight is necessary for Verizon to work.  Or is it safe to remove it?

Even the name sounds shadesville to me, but why not copy the folder somewere else and test it for a couple days?

Wait...just googled it.  Garbage.

I have removed it off of a number of client's pcs without any problems, it's just your ISP spying on you.
