| Make sure the installation directory for Pop Up Stopper has been deleted following the uninstall and then I would scour the Registry for any instances of 'Pop Up Stopper' and delete them (for a start).
If you're not comfortable in the registry, don't go there!

Thanks, I have done that, but it still appears when I right click the toolbar. Anyone else got any suggestions?

| First make sure that there isn't still an entry in Add/Remove programs for PopUpStopper. You may have had different flavors installed. The toolbar should be listed as PopUpStopper Companion.
If there isn't anything look in the registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
for a string value in the right pane named
{8F05B1A8-9D77-4B8F-AF54-6B2202066F95}
export the key, just to be on the safe side, then right click on {8F05B1A8-9D77-4B8F-AF54-6B2202066F95} and choose delete.
