| I have seen this in all computers..don't know wat's wrong..I always see removable drive icon ..though nothing is inserted still I can see that icon..I tried hiding that drive icon using tweakui..but some times it still appears...
its a fresh installation of Windows...
wat may be wrong... |

| Double click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon in the notification area down by the clock.
Whats listed there,eg: Mass Storage Device's,Card Reader's,Virtual Drives etc.

| Also, if it always shows in My Computer that Removeable Disk icon may be referring to the Card Reader slots in a computer or in a printer that use the memory sticks from cameras.

| there is no option in the right hand bottom corner to remove the storage device.when i tried to eject by right clicking on the drive..it gives "encountered error while trying to remove" there is no card reader or nothing is inserted
only Mouse & key board are USB device...No mass storage device is inserted so far....coz its a fresh installation of XP SP3...
When I see the properties it shows 0 bytes... |
