Disable AD-AWARE AD-WATCH or it will interfere.
* Right click on the Ad-Watch icon in the system tray.
* At the bottom of the screen there will be two checkable items called "Active" and "Automatic".
o Active: This will turn Ad-Watch On\Off without closing it.
o Automatic: Suspicious activity will be blocked automatically.
* Uncheck both of those boxes.
* (When we've finished you can re-enable it using the same steps but this time check both boxes.)

Disable Spybot S&D’s protection,or it will interfere.
You can enable it after you're clean.

Open Spybot and click on 'Mode' and check 'Advanced Mode'.
Click on 'Tools' in bottom left hand corner.
Click on the 'System Startup' icon.
Uncheck 'Teatimer' box and/or uncheck 'Resident'.
Click the 'Allow Change' box.
Then, check next to the computer clock to see if the icon for Spybot is still there.
If it is, right click it and choose 'exit Spybot-S&D Resident'.
Restart the computer.
If you find you're experiencing problems disabling Spybot's Tea-Timer,follow the info in the link below:
http://www.russelltexas.com/malware/teatimer.htm

You've no virus protection installed, which is somewhat suicidal.
Please download/install Avira AntiVir Personal - FREE Antivirus:
http://www.free-av.com/en/download/1/download_avira_antivir_personal__free_antivirus.html
Perform a full scan with Avira and allow it to delete everything it detects.
Restart your pc when you've done.
After restart, open Avira Antivirus and select "Reports".
Then double click the report from the full scan you have just completed.
Click the "Report File" button, then copy and paste the report into your next reply.

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe
http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
(If using Windows Vista,be sure to "Run As Administrator").

* Make sure a checkmark is placed/present next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
* The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
* The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
* Copy and paste the entire report into your next reply.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

Also post a new Hijackthis log.
