| Hi Dave
When does the download of SP3 fail, a the beginning of it, or do you get a message after the download is done?
I wonder if maybe your firewall is prohibiting a successful download?

| XP SP3 CDs are available from Microsoft:
Cost $3.99 plus $5.99 shipping.
Call MSFT at 1-800-360-7561 and choose option 2 to Place an Order.
Next chose option 1 to Place Order for a Service Pack.
A representative will take your order and billing/shipping information.

| | I just thought that I'd add that I couldn't install SP3 until I disabled my third-party boot screen. |
