| Many times when i'm on Internet Explorer and I hit the left arrow or back button when I'm viewing any web site an Error signature Page comes up. This particular one on your web site said Appname:iexplore.exe Appver.7.o6000.16674 Mod name.unknown was shown on my screen. Then IE was frozen then it sent me back to my Desktop screen. Any suggestions?

| What version of IE are you using?
Does this problem occur at all web sites or only certain ones?
Sometimes this issue occurs with third party add-ons. You can try disabling them one by one or go to Control Panel -> Internet Opetions -> Advanced Tab and uncheck "Enable Third party browser Extensions" under Browsing.

You could also be dealing with an add-on installed as the result of malware. Have you performed any anti-malware scans like SuperAntispyware or Spybot S&D?

| If you're runing IE7 try resetting its settings back to default by following these instructions in the link below.
Make sure you read all the info before making a start.
