I tried to download Internet Explorer and it said..
"Setup could not verify the integrity of the files needed for installation. Make sure the Cryptographic service is running on this computer."

Click on Start>Run and type Services.msc then press OK
Scroll down and find the service called:

When you find it, double-click on it.
In the next window that opens, click the 'Start' button.
Then change the 'Startup Type:' to 'Automatic'.
Now press Apply and then Ok and close any open windows.
