| Actually, I was thinking 15 minutes for a boot up is still too long. Unfortunately, the problem carries over to running processes while the cpu is booted. I'm still having problems with delays when I start up programs. I remember I reformatted my own Dell laptop a while ago by pressing a certain button during startup (I didn't need a cd or anything). Can you give me directions to reformat the Dell cpu, I just don't remember how I did it? Thanks.
