| I have Windows MCE with SP3 and latest updates installed. Recently, when I right click for the first time (say, in my computer, my docs, my pics, desktop, on an icon, etc.) to bring up the menu, theres anywhere from a 5 second to 5 minute pause. It only happens the first time. I have Norton 360 installed and up to date as well as Spyware Blaster, Spybot Search & Destroy, Spyware Guard, and Ad-Aware. I have cleaned out all temporary files using CCleaner (aka Crap Cleaner). I have also had CPU usage spikes when doing hardly anything (having Firefox 3 and Microsoft Outllook 2007 open). Anyone have any suggestions?
