| | Hello all, I searched the forums for anything on kdja.exe and rundll32.exe and I found one topic. But I couldn't make head or tail of it. I'm sure I'm going to need RichieUK's first hand attention. About what's been happening...
I just formatted my laptop, installed windows, all the drivers, and a few programs I use frequently. I was just going through what all processes were running, and I saw this suspicious kdja.exe and rundll32.exe...but I didn't bother touching them, since everything seemed to be moving fine. Unfortunately, after installing AVG anti-virus, it keeps killing this kdja.exe file, and the file itself keeps restarting itself..something like a who's head will bleed first, both hitting a brick wall. Damn and the best part, is, I'm least concerned with who's more mighty, the virus, or it's rival...but what bothers me, is when they're at it, this bloody laptop works so slow. Well and so just for fun, I ran through msconfig, and in the Run folder of the Current Version, under the Local \Machine, this damned key with a value name,"BM57689766" and a value data, "Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rgruvhhc.dll",s"....everytime I delete it, it comes back there!!!! Real funny stuff happening here without my "I don't know", that needs some spanking. And stranger then, I ran the task manager again, and I noticed one thing...that kdja.exe is still banging AVG, and no-one's getting done, but the rundll32.exe file also has a partner called rgruvhhc which is the same target of that reg key I was just talking about. Now I really am in a fix. I'm prepared to do anything you guys tell me to do. Just let me get the damned things of this machine. Warm regards,
Anup |

Download Trend Micro HijackThis 2.0.2 to your desktop:
Double click on HJTInstall.exe,it will prompt you to extract hijackthis.exe to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
When the install is complete,HijackThis will automatically launch.
When the license agreement appears, select "I Accept" and then click on the "Do a system scan only" button.
When the scan is complete, click on the "Save Log" button, then save it to your desktop.
Copy and paste the entire contents of that log into a new topic in the HijackThis Logs forum, not here.
