I read the posts about this topic, but I cannot seem to run anything that was suggested. Currently I do not have access to the internet and any visus scan I try and run cannot touch the C drive. What else can be done?

2) Maybe it's just me, but I have no idea what you are talking about. What is the specific the problem you are having?
