| | I am trying to reinstall Tweak XP on my PC. I purchased it 7/07, but when I try to install it now, I am prompted that my s/n is invalid. When I try to email support, I get a system error. Who can I email to get my S/N working again. Thanks |

| tweakxp or tweakxp.com? We support tweakxp.com software and if there's a problem with that then you're in the right place. If it's tweakxp software, that's supported by Total Idea Software - we have no affiliation with them.

| | I went to the web page www.tweakxp.com. I purchased the Windows XP tweaking utility. That tells me you'tr the person to help me get my registration code to work. Submitting a help request from the web page just gives me an error when I click submit. Can you help?? |

| | Hi again. So, my post has been read 190 times, and nobody can provide a means to contact technical support for the TweakXP utility? Not even the formum admin?? what gives?? I purchased a new license for tweakxp 5/27/08 -- I have the reciept with the registration key. But every time I install tweakxp, it has the old order # and registration code. The fields seem to be locked so I cant over write it with the new info. Can anyone tell me whats causing this and how to correct it... or if you have a telephone number I can call for tweakxp support that would be great ! |
