I'm not sure if I'm in the correct topic forum, but today (and only today) my printer is really giving me a problem....I try to print something (or even when I try to make a copy, it's one of those all in one printers) it prints like one line every 30 sec. to a min. I just replaced the ink (black) cartridge and that's when it started the slow print....even when I try to make a color copy it's the same....Would you be able to help?

It sounds to me as if the printer configuration changed from draft to quality. Try to find the print quality (I think in the properties for the printer) and give that a try. It uses less ink and the and prints 2-3 times as fast. For B&W printing most people dont care but color may look a little faded

exTI,

THANK YOU for your reply to my post about the printer problem I was having.  It was a stupid error (I guess on my part) the printer was not "reading" my new ink cartridge and everything was wacky until I pulled the cartridge, unplugged and turned off the printer, restarted the computer and plugged in printer and put the cartridge back in....so sorry to bother you guys...but I sure do appreciate it ya'll (yep from Texas -USA) keep up the great work (we computer dummies need ya)
