| I'd like to know where can I change the values and delete some useless stuff that's in the "Create new" menu (such as 'Folder', 'Shortcut', 'Text Document' and so on) when you right-click and empty area as Desktop, for example. I'd like to delete everything, and just leave the 'Folder' and 'Shortcut' options. How should I procced?

| You can use TweakUi to modify the "New" menu. You can delete, hide or create entries there under "Templates".
To do it manually:
Remove items:
example > open regedit and find
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt
right click the ShellNew subkey and delete it, or rename it to ShellNewOld
Add items:
example > open regedit and find
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.html
right click .html, create a new key, name it ShellNew
in the right panel, right click an empty space, new > string value, name it NullFile
