| | Earlier versions of Windows Powertoys had a nice shell extension called 'Send To - Any Folder.' When right clicking on a file, you could select "Any Folder" which would pop up a box in which user could type or browse for a destination folder for the file. Trying to load the old XP send to extension in Vista produces an error. Anyone know if this handy tool is included somewhere for Vista? Otherwise we're stuck with opening two windows to drag & drop a file, or using the command line. Thanks |

| Enable the "Copy To Folder" and "Move To Folder" options in your right click menu:

| Send to Toys v2.5 by Gabriele Ponti is a very sophisticated 3rd party power toy.
I downloaded it years ago for XP and was amazed at how much improvement was possible on sendto without becoming plain silly. If you could only use one power toy, this reversion of sendto should be it.
I thought I would loose it when I went to Vista. However, it came up offer all sorts of options from the Vista file system immediately. If memory serves, I did not even need to install it in compatibility mode.
In either case it works 100% without a hitch.
