| This doesn't apply to everyone, but the one that comes with your ISP account isn't only free but also (generally) has a maibox size of around 50MB. So that's naturally the best of the free ones (if you have it).
Otherwise... Hotmail.

| You are on right Thomas76 , but for the Normal User like me and the majority people of this forum, the "free service" is the one that enterprises like hotmail, yahoo!, and aol, can give us.

| I like hotmail because I have it integrated with OE (still for free) and it gives me that "throw away/spammable" address I use quite a few places - whereas my "free accounts" with the ISP - one that I think about 3 people(family) have and the other that "trusted" ones have. I do watch my hotmail limit very closely however!

| Hotmail mailbox size is only 2mb. They are good because you can use them with Outlook though. I prefer yahoo though. Just a personal preference.
