I have a New domain controller named Ferrara2 and a old domain controller named ferrara.I want to have everyone at the office that has a workstation be able to logon to the new Domain controller ferrara2 without loosening all thier settings including Microsoft outlook. Outlook and .pst is on everyones computer locally. There is no exchange server.And I the profiles are not roaming profiles..

So how can I move everyone to the new domain ferrara2 without them having them loose thier profile on each workstation. I know that this is not easy but I know it can be done.I just need the proper steps.

Do I have to copy the folder C:\Documents and Settings\USER including the ntuser.dat and ntuser.dat.log from the old profile on the workstation and copy it into the new profile name after joining the Ferrara2 domain? But I think I might have to do this in DOS mode because some file are being used if I want to copy them.

If anyone can help that would be GREAT.
