HI can you help me get rid of the UDConn.dll network error that comes up when I start my laptop I ahve win2000 professional norton internet securit and anti virus all updated regularly

I think this started when I was looking for a ringtone for a my sharp gx 10 phone from a site that said it was sharp somehow this becoma a sex site called akilogo sww  I found it on the c drive and tried to remove it using remove hardware in control panel it refused so I searched and found several files that I deleted

I used the ad ware then the spybot

 I now have two pop ups on starting the computer  ? any ideas
