k i use kazaa, dc ++ and msn aim etc; i also use xbconnect to play halo, now i also have 2 network adapters that share connection to the xbox for xbc and xb live, and the other for 3 other pcs, sometimes it lags, so i wish to give a certain amount of bandwith to the other pcs and other progs since i am the host, with a 1.5 dl and 256 ul cable access, i came across a prog named netlimiter, it seems to do all of wut i need except for the limiting bandwith for the networked pcs, but i am hesitant to use it as i am not sure if it would degrage my connection or cause other problems, has anybody used this, any net admins who have input on these progs, should i use the proggy or will it cause bandwith problems, cause i wish to retain my full speed

netlimiter is the current prog i have which is a trial vers though, do a search for it on google if u dont no wut it is
