| A few members have been asking questions about slipstreaming SP2 into Windows XP. There is a small utility available to make the task even easier. It is called Flexbeta Slipstreamer XP, and you can download Version 2 Beta 2 here.

| nice, a handy tool, it will make my life easiers .
A little question about slipstreaming, u need to install SP1 then Sp2 ? or SP2 contains all the updates/fixes that SP1 does ?
This tool also slipstream SP1 and SP2 (both) on the same cd ? |

| SP2 is cumulative, so it will cover everything that SP1 has. So you just need your original Windows XP CD and SP2. I haven't used Slipstreamer XP myself (I just did it manually), but it is worth a try and is supposed to work fine. If you are doing a clean install there really isn't anything to lose trying it apart from 1 CD-R and some time.
There is a also a newer release but it is only in Alpha so you are probably better off using the version above.
But in case you want it, you can get Flexbeta Slipstreamer XP v2.5.234 Alpha here.
