| | I'm getting ready to order a new vid card (Radion 9600XT). It's an 8x card and my mobo supports 4x agp. The question I have, is can I install the 8x card? I realize that I'll probably be looseing out on some performance b/c I'm not useing the full 8x, but as long as it works it'll be fine. Thanks. |

| yes you can since the 9600 is compatible with 4x and 8x agp slots. you probably wouldn't even notice a difference between 8x and 4x anyway.
